The majolica albarello, i.e. an earthenware apothecary vessel incurved in the middle, comes from the collection of Mateusz Bronis?aw Grabowski (1904–1976). The vessel is covered with oriental-style plant decoration, the ornaments are painted in cobalt blue on a white background. In the middle, where the vessel is incurved, there is an apothecary signature: Benedicta, indicating a laxative preserve. Its full name is Benedicta laxativa.
